The billable unit
What counts as a billable seat.
A seat is a login, not a monitored person. Two seat types exist, and both cost the same $100 per month.
Admin seat — $100 / mo
An all-tenant login for your MSP staff. Admins see every client tenant, manage classification rules, mint enrollment keys, and run reports across your whole book of business.
Manager seat — $100 / mo
A login scoped to one or more tenants. Managers see only the customers you grant them — the right fit for a client-side supervisor or a team lead who reads a single tenant's reports.
How billing works
Invoiced monthly, paid on file, nothing to babysit.
Billing runs on a fixed monthly anchor with a card on file, so seats renew without a manual step and a missed payment never takes your data offline.
Anniversary invoicing
An invoice is generated automatically each month on your signup day-of-month. Numbers run SN-YYYY-NNNNNN, generation is idempotent, and no tax is added.
Card on file, auto-pay
Stripe holds your card through its own hosted checkout — the number never touches our servers. On the due date we charge it off-session, so seats renew without a login.
Branded PDF and Pay-now
Every invoice is a branded PDF with a full line-item detail view and an online Pay-now link, so you or your bookkeeper can settle it in a click.
Dunning and grace
If an invoice goes unpaid, reminders go out on day 1, day 7, and every 7 days after, with an optional grace window of about 14 days before anything changes.
A lapse suspends only the dashboard
If an account passes the grace window, the dashboard is suspended — and only the dashboard. Data collection on your endpoints never stops, and support stays reachable.
Instant reactivation
Pay the last overdue invoice and a suspended account reactivates automatically. No support ticket, no re-enrollment, no lost history.

How the cost scales

Per-seat incumbents bill by the monitored user, so the invoice grows with every employee and every customer you add. SnitchOS bills by the login, so growth is free until you hire someone new to read the reports.

Do I pay per monitored employee?
No. Monitored employees, their devices, and the client tenants they belong to are unlimited and never billed. You pay only for active admin and manager seats — the people who log in to read the data — at $100 per seat per month.
Are client tenants extra?
No. Isolated client tenants are unlimited and included at no additional cost. Add as many customers as you like; the bill still tracks only your active admin and manager seats.
What happens if I miss a payment?
You get dunning reminders on day 1, day 7, and every 7 days after, with an optional grace period of about 14 days. Past the grace window only the dashboard is suspended — data collection never stops and support stays reachable. Pay the last overdue invoice and the account reactivates automatically.
Is there a free tier?

Can I add or remove admin seats anytime?
